"My work is primarily inspired through stones. When I work I surround myself with an ocean of stones.
Every stone has its way of expressing itself – a way of speaking to me and the person who wears it. When I find a stone that speaks to me, I always want to make it into a ring.
For the most part, I make rings. One wears a ring not to show it off to others but to enjoy it oneself. Rings are the most personal pieces of jewelry. I never tire of admiring them: enjoying the color, the light, the transparence of the stone and entering into a conversation with it.
Seeing the stone and sensing the energy that it emanates is like a music that accompanies me in my day-to-day life."
